Learn to Row Opportunities

The following programs are for non-members, so membership in the MRA is not required. Once qualified by the sculling coach to row on your own, temporary memberships are available to tryout the club before joining.

Sculling lessons are offered at all times throughout the year by our sculling coaches. Lesson prices run $70 for a single, $80 for a double. To schedule a sculling lesson please call Amanda Harvey at 415-472-7262.

Learn-to-Row Workshops. In the Spring and Summer, the MRA conducts 2-hour introductory workshops featuring one-hour of land instruction followed by an hour-long row along the scenic Corte Madera Creek. The cost is $60 per person and is open to anyone age 13 and over. For more information, contact 415-461-1431.
