Marin Rowing Coxswain Chelsea Lucas and the Jr. Women's National Team won a gold medal in the 8+ at the Jr. World Championships in Linz, Austria yesterday. It is the first time the women have won Gold in this event.

Chelsea is an outstanding coxswain and her team and I are proud of her incredible accomplishment. She showed true talent when she first began coxing and she has built on that talent to become the best in the World.
